This is the site of a 16th century hunting lodge that was surrounded by a moat all of which has long since gone. You would struggle to even notice the site at the edge of a housing estate unless you are walking a dog and happen across it. However it is notorious for having the ghost of a woman dressed in medieval attire walking the grounds on the 20th January each year. If anyone can get a picture of Lady Mohun next January please post here.
