Spoke to their customer service. I requested an afternoon delivery specifically as I was working in the morning. They said I’d get a call before delivery to confirm the delivery time. Out of the blue they turned up just as I was leaving in the morning. It was sheer luck that I was still in as they didn’t even call like they said they would. It makes me wondered what they would have done if they were a few minutes later! The note on my items also stated afternoon delivery, so the delivery person straight up ignored that.
He also was not wearing a mask... you’d think they should be if they are coming into your home... he also coughed in my house!
I would not recommend this delivery company based on the actual delivery and driver
Attended an interview with Kellie and Julie.Would have been nice if they had bothered to get back to me. Promised they would but did not. Just plain rude.
Had a delivery this morning from Wayne and Jason at this company. They were brilliant. They travelled the early hours to get here and had to bring up 8 cast iron rads two flights of stairs but they were really cheerful, polite and friendly all the way. Would strongly recommend these two guys for heavy items ! They made it stress free and a smooth and reliable delivery.
Really quick delivery, very impressed. Even called to check I was happy with everything after delivery. Would definitely recommend.
I was asked to confirm details in an email for a collection the following day.
The next day I heard nothing so the following day rang them. The man said that there was no one in when they called and no answer on the phone. I asked for the number they called (to check it was the same as I had) and was met with a very curt reply of " I don't like being called a liar, I think you had better forget it"
And suggested I find another courier.
