Superdrug

I would firstly like to mention, if I could, I would provide 0 stars for this branch of Superdrug where I have experienced the worst customer service unlike any other. As myself and my sister headed into the store, the atmosphere was dull and unwelcoming. As we browsed through products then headed to the tills to purchase what we needed, a member of staff, named Carole had an unfriendly and unprofessional approach through her body language and facial expressions, she did not seem like she wanted to serve us at all. As she was serving us, her tone of voice seemed very unpleasant which only worsened when we asked her if they accepted student discount (we were not at all rude or burdening). She rolled her eyes and referred to us as "which one", then she did not believe the profile picture, even after wearing glasses. She then asked what date it would have expired in an accusing manner after seeing the ID multiple times herself. This was a humiliating and belittling experience, especially as I have not been dealt with this way before. As a customer I did not feel valued nor was there any kind of consideration or welcoming from any member of staff. I am still shocked and now would not consider to go back to that store. If the staff were trained properly and treated their customers with respect in a professional manner, I'm sure the business would be more successful. Savers, a competitor of this company in the same area, had a better atmosphere where the till staff were kind and considerate despite having a smaller environment.

Utterly poor customer service and always focused more on having conversations with colleagues through headphones rather then communicating with customers! Terrible management.

Good place to buy supplements especially honey related e.g propolis.

Absolutely disgusting pharmacist called Harmy. My mother who has language barrier was explaining her prescription when this Pharamacist comes forward tells her to move out the way in between her talking and tells her colleague to 'leave her and serve the next customer' she then returns some time after in all this time my mum is waiting and says very rudely what do you want us to do. All my mum wanted was to purchase and pay for 1 medicine out of the 4 listed on her prescription. A very important medicine she cannot stay without. She in the end had to leave and go to boots to get this. I'm sorry but if you are going to discriminate and have 0 customer skills then don't do customer facing jobs! Appalling and insulting for my mother infront of other customers. Her name was given by her colleague who herself was shocked by Harmy's behaviour. Superdrug you really need to sort your staff out. I am a regular customer and will not stand for being treated this way due to race language or colour! We are all equal and it's first come first serve.
