Thank you Hussain for making our carpet buying experience very straightforward. The quality of the underlay is superb and the fitter has done a flawless job. Tempted to carpet all the bedrooms now and take out the laminate!

I have to give one star as that's the least option here. While the flooring purchase was good, the fitting service is nowhere near the building standards. The Fitter doesn't even clean the floor before laying the wood and instead of underlay he left wooden board to do a cover job. It was way off the standards and the floor became wobbly. Had to pay for another contractor to fix the entire floor and Tapi fitter charges are not cheap. So, double the costs for choosing their fitter. Stay away !!

Very efficient staff, Hussain sorted us out with a great deal. Lovely lady Sharon also very helpful. Thank you guys. Quality of the carpets and fitting with no issues. Highly recommend.

Visited tapi carpets today Was greeted at the door me my husband and 5 children He said you need face mask..... as me and husband are exempt we told him this and he still was adamant we needed a face mask seemed he couldn't be bothered to serve us . Then he said ahh its only 3 at a time but ill let you in as you have 5 kids and you i cant leave the kids outside damn right! this is my bubble i explained. Seemed as if he thought he done us a favour by letting our children into the store. Anyway we went in another woman who came in after us was greeted in a much more welcoming and professional manner saying hello madame what carpert you looking for what type ....... Then after he graciously let us and our 5 children in as we couldn't leave then in the car! We were browsing and the lady that came in after us was helped and shown around before us with his undivided attention. We were looking to get our whole upstairs carpeted but left shortly after as no one even bothered to ask if we needed help....we went next door to carpet right were the customer service was outstanding! Customer service and first impressions count for alot! You lost out on a 100metre square order for carpet due to bad customer service!
