Ordered two mattresses & an Ottoman bed from here, the staff are helpful without being pushy which I really like & the coffee & cookies give you time to really consider your purchase! Installation team were professional & polite while they built the ottoman & setting up both mattress, all done really quickly with no mess .

The review its not about this particular store but in general about Furniture Village. I have ordered online two bedside chests and two drawer chests. Its been 12 weeks already and I have only received 2 bedside chests! I have started paying for my order already but no signs of the other two items. I have made numerous of phone calls to customer service but no one can tell me whats happened to the rest of my order. They keep saying they will email supplier but its been 4 weeks but still no any news. I am very disappointed and distressed at this point. Sick of calling and asking the same questions. It was the first time I have ordered something from Furniture Village and definitely its going to be the last one! Would not recommend at all. Update: its 16 weeks since I placed my order and still can't find out where are my goods!!! Disgraceful!!!

Excellent, friendly customer service. David was so helpful and knowledgeable today. We only went in for a quick look and ended up buying a beautiful sofa and bar stools. Manager Ian was also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend a visit.

Hello, I did spend 4.000£ on new sofa, table and side board, all of my items were delivered late. Sofa has got problems with legs and they just been ignoring me for more than month, nothing been done to fix problems. Costumer service is so bad, this woman on the phone is so rude! So be ready when you spend a lot of money on the furnisher, they will treat you like a dog. They never call you or reply to your emails, but they take your money in 1 second.

The service up to buying a product from Furniture Village is decent. It's what happens after they have taken your money that warrants the one star rating. Was advised that our bed would arrive within 10 7-8weeks (although to expect 6 weeks). Was also advised that I would be kept inform of any delays and that we'd get a call two weeks beforehand to organise the delivery date. Did that happen? Of course not! Over 12 weeks past and no contact whatsoever. I contacted Furniture Village who said they cant help and that I would have to get in contact with the store. After sending complaints, I got a response stating that the bed was not in the country and would be due to dock in several weeks. If there was going to be delays, a courtesy call/message would have been appreciated but Furniture Village wont bother. They'll miss their own timeframes time and time again and you wont be informed unless you chase. The sofa then arrived torn, uneven with one side several inches higher than the other and the feet misaligned. Furniture Village regards this as within their acceptable limits! Terrible product and worst retail experience especially at Slough store by Sushil and Manager the prices go down during the period and we still keep chasing Never trust these cowboys.
