I have never done click and collect. I clicked on the wrong size of bedding. I spoke to Dawn in Slough. She said not to worry. You will be reimbursed. She the proceeded to whisk me around bedding to not only get me a deal, but help me match colours. I swiftly picked up wrapping paper, on her prompt, “ do you need anything else?”. She then took me to a checkout on my own and sorted my sale out!!!!! What Kitten of a love. I was safe in Dawn’s hands in Slough this early evening! Thank you sweet woman! Xxx

I came in on one of the hottest days of the year, desperately searching for a last minute fan. Khadeja was there to greet me at the entrance and was so helpful and professional and she was very happy and quick to show me the fans left in stock and also to give me her personal opinion, which I found useful. Her customer service skills are flawless and she is a credit to the Dunelm team.

Good- not as much stock as usual a little underwhelming! Used to love it and shop here regularly but it didn't forfill my homeware needs today. No new inspiring gadgets as on days gone by

It was great shopping experience. We've bought a matching bread toaster and kettle. We do really loved and enjoyed it every we use them.

Staff are difficult to get hold off. Ordering blinds are can be time consuming and staff are not always available. Overall the store is well presented and stocked.
