Awful service. Spent £4K and they delivered wrong item. Had to chase for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone to sort. Still waiting for wrong delivery to be resolved. Feel like cancelling all my order and taking business elsewhere!
Visited here on Saturday with my family, was slighty disappointed seeing staff at the back just talking among each other and not asking if we needed any help. Finally was served by Wayne who was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and built rapport very fast.
Bought a new sofa and chair, can't wait for it to be delivered, middle of January
Great sofa store great prices and best of all 4 years interest free making it very affordable
Staff were friendly and helpful despite us rocking up at nearly closing time, and there are decent levels of stock. Lots of flickering lights in the store made it difficult however, and we left without buying in the end
