I very much enjoyed Sifu Chris stillness session this morning.
His deep knowledge and attention to detail of WingTjung combined with his clear consise communication skills makes my journey into the Martial Art such a spiritual pleasure. Definitely recommended.
I absolutely love attending classes, the group are friendly and warm and no matter what your level of skill the sessions are always paced for everyone and Sifu Chris is an excellent teacher, the lessons are always fresh and innovative and I leave every time feeling like I have learnt as well as energised. I love that it is not only focused on learning patterns and moves but also understanding the internal Wingtjun. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn martial arts you won’t be disappointed.
