Worst experience at a Pepe L's so far! I ordered a lemon and herb chicken box meal with a Pepsi Max and a chicken steak burger. There was only 2 people Manning the store and one was just on is mobile phone while the other had to rush around.
After travelling all the way home I realised they did not give me my chips, the drink was a Pepsi and they gave me a hot rice box (which I only realized after biting down on the hit stuff).
Things at this branch just look way too relaxed and clearly attention to detail here is incredibly poor. There are better places to go in Worcester. Don't bother with this one.
Best Pepe's experience I've had! Excellent customer service, big portion, clean and hygienic. 👍 keep it up!
Very disappointed with the service from today. The food was cold after I was waiting for the driver to come to me and the driver refuse to deliver to my door because is a building. Is a company policy is excuse. After of waiting one hour for food when the restaurant is one minute away. By the way the only way I didn’t collect is because I have an injury and even like that he make me walk 2 floors. Very disappointed
Placed order on delivery from uber eats, tracked the driver who seemed to have taken longest route to pick up the food and then deliver it to my house, food was cold when it arrived
