I have been disappointed with this practice, and have decided to change to another - I would recommend reading previous reviews below! In addition, I have had consistently terrible experiences with the reception staff who come across as very unhelpful, quite incompetent and rude. The practice itself feels very dirty and unhygienic.

Had to visit the practice for the 1st time today and I was promptly assisted by the staff for a last-minute appointment. Dr. Kumar is very knowledgeable and I'm pretty satisfied with the overall service quality.

I have been a patient of the staff health centre and Petersfield for 20 years. The last year I have received alot of support following my illness. Staff always polite, caring and helpful. Diana goes above and beyond!! Thankyou to you all x

Excellent doctors (at least the ones I am in contact with) but health and safety issues need to be sorted in the old and crumbling building: can't open window in the A/C-less waiting room upstairs. Needs to be sorted before the summer. But overall still 5 stars as the GPs matter most.
