Poor service. Unable to find my prescription on database after 15 minutes spelling the item. Apparently they can't to order it in, although I've ordered it from Tesco previously, and unable to provide any help at all. Won't be returning.
Fabulous service - rang to see if they had a prescription product that my local pharmacy had failed to source (despite having my prescription for 5 days) by the time I got there the products were ready for me to collect! Now my preferred pharmacy!
They send a text message saying the prescription is ready to collect. Inevitably it is not, but more annoyingly the staff get stroppy at you for coming too soon. Then try to argue about this. Terrible service and really quite slow at processing orders from the GP anyway. I would far rather get the script from the GP and take it to a competent pharmacist, and will request that my GP does this in future.
Descrete and polite staff. Everything you need from a pharmacy.
