Hi ,
I moved to Cumbria having done pilates for many years with an excellent teacher in South Tyneside and started looking for a reformer/class teacher immediately . Finding the lovely studio of Ruth in cockermouth was just what I wanted, I tried both classes and reformer both were exactly what I wanted .
The teaching is great and the idea of being able to hire a reformer machine after shown how to use safely with a personal exercise plan is brilliant .The studio has a very relaxed atmosphere, the facilities/equipment 1st class and e-mail messages and replies answered quickly . Finally I like the idea of the little fund raising ideas that are done for various charitys throughout the year . Thanks , Alison.
