Very friendly welcome. The store is pleasant and spacious, with a good range beds. Hana was our assistant and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the products. Dreams of Cambridge had great social distancing and hygiene measures in place. We felt as ease.

Ross in store was very friendly and helpful in trying out and selecting our new mattress. He wasn’t pushy and presented a range of mattresses across a wide range of prices which was really appreciated.

I bought a mattress 6 months ago and paid it 600£ with the promise that was going to last 10 years. We decided to make this investment and after 5 months one side of the mattress started to sink. I called the customer service and the engineer came out but “unfortunately “ is not sinking enough to have it changed. Ridiculous. Very crossed and annoyed as we are still paying for it. Go and buy your mattresses somewhere else trust me.

Outstanding service from Hana in Cambridge. We ended up with a premium Tempur mattress after using the sleep match service. Excellent social distancing measures in place as well. Shop with confidence.

Professionals, they ask questions on your sleeping habits, then assess you in order to identify the best mattress for you. Also you don't feel forced to buy immediately. We took the time to reflect and came back later. They also threw in some pillows and mattress protector.
