We have been delighted with the service we experienced from Wren, from initial design, to delivery (on time and flexible even under current situation) and the information to help install. Our carpenter has put in many kitchens, said the info from Wren was best ever. We had a problem with our plug recently and Wren sent a replacement straight away. Staff our friendly and get back to you when the say they will!.

Very friendly kitchen designer at the Cambridge branch of Wren. She seemed to understand what I was trying to achieve and did not push me into options I did not want which I found refreshing because Howdens just wanted to cram in as much as they could which made for a cluttered design. Within a couple of hours I had purchased the kitchen I wanted and with delivery only 10 days later, it made for a great lockdown project! Building the kitchen was easier than I had envisaged and the head office customer care staff were excellent at supporting me with anything I needed from installation advice to the occasional missing part. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend Wren to anyone in the market for a new kitchen.

We bought a kitchen from wren that cost north of 15k. The design and supply of the kitchen by Jack was superb, however the templating and installation of the kitchen tops has been horrendous. The guy who did the measurements was rude and surly, he got some of it wrong which meant that bits didn’t fit. We are today on our third set of kitchen tops which seem to be being installed by a band of chimpanzees who are just trying to do as little work as possible. Up your game Wren, Not good enough! If you’re thinking of getting a kitchen from these guys either set fire to your money or do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

This is the second kitchen from WREN and unfortunately not only the quality dropped, but the service! Firstly, the designer created something, which at the end cannot be either built, placed or installed, so you have to pay more to get it done. Secondly, the installation & delivery team is completely useless. I wonder if they work there at all. We have waited for 3 weeks the installation and then it was cancelled last minute! So, i have to find another installer at the most busiest time of the year - summer! But problems didn't finished, the delivery team sent wrong item, wrong shape, broken. So it lasted for another month of waiting. Lastly, after 2 years, two units door paint is peeling off and again the long trail of emails...see attached photos.. Hope you will be lucky to find a decent company.
