OK, broken coffee table, broken single bed, cracked TV unit, different single mattresses, not symmetrical cupboard doors which don't close properly, extra firm magnets which you have to pull with both hands, ripping your hands, holes on the furniture filled out with polifillers (type of wood apparently?) not fitting drawers, and a king size mattress which dipped in one side and is normal apparently. Moist and bubbled mirror back which don't sit on the wall.. Reassuring at the showroom on how good the customer service and furniture cover is.. And many hours on the phone with customer services.. Doesn't even deserve 1 star as far as I am concerned. I have developed depression due to sleepless nights and distress with my new furniture, thanks to oak furniture land. I feel like I am damned somehow, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, waste of time and big money!
Item is good quality but delivery time takes 2 weeks to arrive.
Very quiet store,one sale assistant,got what we wanted but 12 week wait for delivery

Shocking delivery service,very unhelpful,having spent big money,left with rubbish to recycle,I mean a huge cardboard box,which they could have taken,wont shop there again
