We have never been into Furniture Village before but were SO impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable service (plus tea and coffee!) and they found EXACTLY what we wanted in no time and gave us every help without any 'pushiness'. The moment I walked in I found the sectional I was looking for. I ended up leaving with more furniture than I planned on getting. They gave me coffee and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful despite how busy they were. The furniture itself has not been delivered yet because of Covid, so I can't speak on delivery.

Had fabulous customer service from Martin at Furniture Village! I bought my first sofa and my mum bought a mattress. Martin was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Highly recommend!
