I like this long-established local firm. (Even though I had to wait more than 12 weeks recently for the bed I had ordered and paid for in full to be delivered. I understand now that this was not their fault. The main problem was a failure of communication.) In general I can say I found Alex very helpful and easy to talk to.

Only sell beds. Well displayed. Easy pricing. Needed one that day. Went with a van and within minutes was brought, loaded and away. No fuss retailer.

Excellent bed as described and fabulous customer service! Kept us updated throughout and Mick who delivered the bed was fantastic and so helpful. I would highly recommend them as we have had a great service.

Invariably, one can tell if they are being dealt with by a well established company, whereby, customer care is truly practiced. Belfast Beds I can assure you, is such a store that I would well recommend, as they offer a very friendly service and good quality goods. What was such a nice gesture on their part was, and because I was in dire need for a new mattress, the company came to my rescue, by lending me a mattress to help me out, whilst awaiting for my order to be delivered. They didn’t need to do this, considering I had complained about the delay, but once it was explained to me that because of the Coronavirus endemic, supplies were now very difficult to get hold of. Really and truthfully, this should have occurred to me, but when you have been deprived of sleep over a long period of time, it’s very difficult to think logically. Many thanks to you all at Belfast Beds, as you have my grateful thanks for showing such consideration, due to my dilemma.

I bought a bed and matching headboard in February on separate occasions. Both deliveries were done by Mick and Mark who were so helpful as we did have problems getting them up the stairs. Due to their suggestion, the carpenter has since been to create a stable door hinge on my staircase for future furniture movements. A wonderful local company who care about going the extra mile.
