Yoga classes did not follow the Sivanda sequence and poses that are not part of the Sivananda lineage were taught. The instructions were not clear and the teacher does not seems to be competent. If only her knowledge of Yoga was as strong as her French accent. The yoga teacher is completely incompetent, and does not know anything about Yoga. Overall, I can't recommend these classes. It is a pity that the sivananda lineage gets spoiled by teachers with such a low quality of teaching, who ruin the good reputation of Sivananda Yoga.
