Well equipped gym. Kind and available team of persona trainers
Way too many unnecessary cardio machines! Gym is very small and always busy.
I joined for weight training and quickly noticed that there are some core things missing - functional area, lifting platform etc. They have a whole big room dedicated for cardio machines (I am not talking about a cycle class room) which is usually empty. Could probably get rid of some of those and utilise that space with more squat racks, lifting platform and a few more basic machines such as leg press, leg extension machine, hamstrings curl, back extension etc. It's really a shame to see they have 10 treadmills/ellipticals/stair/row machines, but not a single glute/back extension machine??
On the other hand - friendly and helpful staff :)
