Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and effective. i would recommend for physio treatment (including acupuncture) and useful advice. I have seen Rowan but would be happy to see others at the practice.
Rowan treated a stubborn knee injury, transforming it back to full function in just under two months. At every stage (first healing, then restoring movement and providing strengthening exercises for each stage of recovery) she provided immediately useful strategies as well as accurate projections to guide expectations. Tremendous knowledge and efficient service. Highly recommended.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Physiofit..
Given the crazy times we're living through I was a little apprehensive about visiting a physio.I shouldn't have been though, despite the Corona restrictions Rowan was fantastic. Having quickly identified the root cause of the problem, the work Rowan did with me over my sessions have really helped address the issues.
Being given little videos of all the exercises I needed to do was unbelievably helpful.
...now, all I need to do is carry on under my own steam and avoid undoing all the good work!
This review has been a long time coming. I was highly impressed by the therapy I received in Rowan's hands. She was quick to diagnose what I needed. I had previously attended another clinic which only gave me temporary relief. However, Rowan recommended acupuncture which exposed some underlying soreness as the source of my pain. It has taken a while to get back to full strength but as I write this I'm 100% pain free and it's largely thanks to Rowan. I highly recommend her practice.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris resolved my shoulder issue really quickly! Would recommend and will return if I have any future issues
