Great local gym which is kept in great condition and had all the equipment I needed to deadlift, squat and bench. Friendly atmosphere and would recommend for locals and visitors alike.

An excellent gym with high end facilities. This is THE place to work out in Ceredigion. Great staff, always friendly and efficient. Hygiene is of the highest priority here and I always feel at ease working out here.
