I booked this company for a relocation move and I was very impressed with their service. They communicated via email and were very prompt with their communication and they certianly took the move serious. A lovely member of staff called Jason was very attentive and helped keep me calm when I was panicking about the move.
When the removal guys turned up they were on time and prepared for the large items I had pre-warned them about. They were quick, took care of items, helpful and they cleared out the property and loaded the truck quickly and with ease. It was utter madness until they arrived but they brought a sense of calm and organisation to the move and it was certainly stress free.
They went onto our next property without us and unloaded without our supervision but I was informed by a family member who met them that they were equally as quick with unpacking as they were with packing, they were professional and made sure we had clear access to important items such as the bed, sofa, tv and kitchen items.
They are a fantastic team, professional, trustworthy and caring. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed. Thanks Apex Team for making a very stressful time, stress free and easy.
