I used these guys in January 2019. Despite giving them a very detailed description of the removal items and scale of the job because it involved collecting items from a large storage locker, a two bedroom apartment and a large basement as well as garden items. They underquoted and sent a small van with just two guys. I had to spend the day helping them or I would not have met my moving deadline. In order to complete the job (with a third trip) they demanded more money. They then effectively extorted money from me having loaded the van and refusing to unload at the other end until I paid them extra by bank transfer. The lady who provided the original quote suggested I hadn’t fully explained what was required, but I had been very specific. When I asked for a copy of the original quotation call to prove she had lied, they said they would provide it. Despite two follow up calls to request the tape, it was never forthcoming. Avoid these guys at all cost - I paid twice and still had to carry and load items myself!
You can’t ask for a better service. Excellent value for money. The guys who came in were caring, hardworking and polite. Will definitely use their services again. Just to let you know my three bedroom house move was undertaken in less than two hours without a scratch.
Ali was very helpful, hardworking, and friendly! He helped move and carry our many things with great care. Made the move so much easier on us. Would definitely call him again and recommend the company to other people! :)
We had Ali from capital one help us move our stuff last week. The staff who arranged it was very friendly and gave me very clear information. Ali then helped us move. He was brilliant. He was very quick and careful at the same time. Would definitely recommend capital one. They made the nightmare of moving a very pleasant and easy experience !
They did help us in moving and i found them slow (better to have a fixed fee than hourly rate). Also, few of my stuff (separator panels of two cupboards) went missing which made those two cupboards a scrap item.
