In an era where most tradespeople seem to be taking the view of "I've got work at the moment, so I'm not going to bother replying to anyone new" which makes it really time-consuming and difficult to book anyone, I was suitably impressed that not only did this company reply - but they made a point of getting a direct contact number for me so that they could give me a possible solution over the phone for my fridge that I could try for myself. And many weeks on, the solution is still working. Very impressed at their level of customer focus when no one else is bothering with that. And at the problem so being so quickly diagnosed and a solution happily suggested. This was perfect service and I'd definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. I liked the fact you could easily book a time slot online and they were very punctual. Very professional and efficient. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all my friends & family.

This was my best experience of a repair company - I have owned a home for 20 years so I have seen plenty of good and bad repair companies. This company - Steven in particular - was exceptional. Gave objective advice about options, came up with a cost effective solution and then carried out the repair exactly when and how they said, despite complications. I could not recommend more highly.

Highly recommend this company. Called about dishwasher which wasn't filling/ emptying with water correctly. Engineer was able to attend next day. Friendly and professional, clearly very knowledgeable and explained all his actions. Reasonable price for work too. No hesitation to recommend.
