Great service, Fantastic menu. When you order steak cooked to your liking, that's how it is served..The ambiance inside is delightful with soft music and lighting. A great place to enjoy good food and relax..
I'm a regular here, because of the consistency: the staff are wonderful, and the atmosphere and food even better. Great selection of starters and steak cuts; and there are several choices for those not wanting beef. Enlightened management who understand what their customers are looking for in the dining experience. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely one of my favourite places for a steak! This is the first time I go to the Gerrards across branch as I usually go to the Northwood restaurant but if there’s is one thing I can pride them on, it’s consistency! The menu is fantastic, a variety of dishes to indulge in (not just steaks). Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious and spot on. The customer service was incredible and so friendly! Our waiter was new but he was doing such a good job.
This restaurant (chain) is my go-to and I will always recommend to my friends/family as it’s just exceptional in quality and standards.
Can’t wait for lockdown to be over to go straight back....
We've been a couple of times, the service is great & usually very good food. We had a couple of issues on a busy Saturday night & the manager resolved it. I personally prefer the Northwood restaurant for a few reasons but would still recommend this one!
