Service smiley if rather slow. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Latte in own fully insulated cup and a mocha in supplied cup requested extra hot. Unfortunatel , when on train, discovered both drinks barely warm. Very unhappy.
its 8 o'clock in the morning and the staff was sleeping, when i showed up to ordered butter croissant and asked her to warm it for me, she was so upset and rude. Its unacceptable.
Tasty baguettes and a good range of them. BUT a small tea for £2.30 ?? Guys it’s just a tea bag with hot water!
The waitress put cold milk in my coffee. It's expensive and the staff not really nice.
