The chips are the best you can find in Cambridge, if not anywhere and the owner sources them from the best potato farms depending on the time of year. The fish is great too and portion sizes are great. Really cannot fault this place. If you're looking for a good quality chippy, this is for you!

Battered seafood is prepared brilliantly and well-seasoned. They retain some crispiness when eaten as take-out, but it'd be desirable if they resumed in-house dining to enjoy the dishes at their best. Chips on the other hand are a soggy, greasy mess when eaten as take-out, perhaps more time to cool before being placed in the box will help. Curry sauce is home-made, and though nothing spectacular, makes the chips actually edible, which is a feat in itself. Mushy peas are extremely mushy to the point of becoming a sauce but still well-seasoned.

Had Fish and chips from here last week. We collected from the shop. Parking was difficult. The meal was very filling as it was a good portion size. The Fish and mushy peas were tasty however the chips were very poor as they were quite hard on the out side but still soft inside. Ruined the meal to an extent. We ordered online but it wasn't clear that the chips and peas didn't come as a meal but individual items. It would've been more convenient to order as a meal. We will order again but not chips.

The best ever gluten free fish and chips I have ever eaten. All presented nicely in a box and lovely tubs of tartare sauce. It really was a truly lovely meal. Regular size a manageable amount without waste. Would highly recommend.

Not your average fish and chips! Delicious selection of sea food, great service and gluten-free friendly. The star of our feast was the fish stew, rich and smoky with paprika and full of fresh fish, mussels and squid. What a treat!
