I forgot to leave a review back in March this year. I was glad to find this place when on a short break before the first lockdown started. I think it was a bit pricey but that was to be expected from an outside London chicken shop. I remember it being tasty and good portions.
I can only imagine those giving Chicken Rush bad reviews are harbouring some sort of strange prejudice. This is the only real fried chicken in Cambridge and superior to the vast majority of fried chicken available in London. The ingredients are top quality, and the recipes delicious (the hash burger is especially wonderful). While most so-called fried chicken available today is poor quality fast food that makes you feel awful after you eat it, Chicken Rush reminds me of the genuine fried chicken of the American South, a legitimate and esteemed cuisine.

Absolutely disgusting place, thats to the service and food! I left a note on my delivery order to say I was pregnant (thinking they would double check and triple check it was properly cooked). ALL the chicken was not cooked. Red on the inside! If I could leave pictures I would! And the order was completely wrong! When calling the next day (they didn't answer that night) the man was very rude and said it was basically our fault! Wasn't expecting a full refund but not even an exchange or apology was offered. Will not be going back, to ALL pregnant women please be aware there food is not cooked properly and think about the baby before ordering from here!
