Fast, helpful, clean.. all busy, while still serious about masks and precautions.. was very good.. and the food was very nice too. That was Christmas eve :-)

Five Guys, like a premium version of McDonald's, everything is singular so you have to add things, I.e if you want like a meal, you have to buy the burger, chips and drink separately, which is about of a pain but it is what it is. Their burgers are really nice and you can have any toppings on top for free, I think there's about 12 (could be wrong) to choose from which is good. The chips are nice as well, I prefer the spicy fries personally, which have a kick but won't kill your tonsils, I don't really like spicy food so they're just right for me, the give you a cup of fries plus chuck a scoop in the bottom of the bag so you get a decent amount of them which is nice. The milkshakes are nice, not as thick of McDonald's ones where you have to wait for an age for it to melt before you can drink them, you can drink them straight away and they are nice flavours too. They do drinks from a vending machine which is unlimited I think which is also good but I haven't tried that yet. Over all part from been quite pricey it's good, I had a double burger which a large fries plus a milkshake which came up to £19.00 so gives you an idea

Was nice, but when your paying £7.95 for a bacon and cheese hotdog you wouldn't expect to eat it in 3 mouthfuls. Chips taste of dirt. Like they've been pulled straight from the ground and put into the fryer. Cant see what all the fuss is about.

Burgers and fries were delicious, cooked to perfection with fresh toppings. All staff welcoming and reassured my partner's gluten-free burger preparation would be handled in a separate area with clean gloves. Outstanding service. Will be recommending to my colleagues and friends. Well done to you all at Five Guys, Market Street, Cambs - we will be returning in the future.

The burgers and hot dogs in Five Guys are overpriced and fries have to be ordered separately. Toppings on the burgers are less than what is requested. The way the food is served is also haphazard with the fries. Be aware for those with nut allergies, the fries are done in 100% peanut oil. I wonder why the toilets are blasted with loud music when customers are doing their business. Maybe it is the American way...
