I love this very popular cinema and missed it terribly when cinemas were closed. Friendly helpful staff, imaginative staff, good food... And great films.
Nice cinema that shows a lot of independent and world cinema that doesn't show at other cinemas. Nice atmosphere and there's a bar too. A bit pricey.
The seats are quite old, and the technological quality is not the finest, yet it is still a very nostalgic environment which a nice atmosphere
Staff were very friendly and they were complying with all requirements regarding cleanliness, social distancing and they even take your details if any issue arises . Very , very good service.
The cinema Cambridge needs. The only place in town where "non-commercial" movies otherwise known as "foreign" are screened. There is a fairly big difference between the big screen room and the small ones in terms of video and sound quality, but for some movies there is no other option in town. The ticket is pricey but they have a nice student discount and Mondays are £7.70. Furthermore, it's right by Cambridge's only Spoons which is definitely a convenient location. The atmosphere is friendly and the general audience is I'd say more respectful than in a more "commercial" movie theatre.
