Well...... don’t laugh but I got the wrong day. I’m booked in on 14th but here’s the thing. I told them I was in for 4pm shown to upstairs and told he was running late. So I wait and wait. Nobody checked in their diary or on computer. At 4:55 I asked why I hadn’t been seen she went off to check. I was furious. I know it was my fault but really?? What do you think 🤔

I thought the staff were really helpful and i only waited 5 mins after my appointment was due all the staff i met were really polite

Jade was polite, friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful. Could not get my son in for an eyecare appointment but took it upon herself to call around other opticians for an appointment. How wonderful! Much appreciated 👍🏻
