Can never get in. Never see the same Dr if you finally manage to get in. Takes an age for anyone to answer the phone. Rude staff. Dr o'donovan is the only human person that works here. That's if she even still works here. Prescriptions never get sent to designated chemist. 3 letters of complaint written, no response. God help us when they move and merge to the bigger premises!
