Absolute shambles. I’ve given 1 star as the reception staff and the medicine manager are very nice otherwise it would be no stars. I’ve had constant problems trying to organize ongoing medication for my elderly father as they don’t seem to follow any procedures regarding the patient access portal messages that they tell you to use. Also the practice manager doesn’t return your calls.

Sick of ringing the doctor's to seek medical attention for one reason or another, to be blocked by untrained & unqualified desk staff. only to have to get in touch with other alternative medical professionals specialists. which they then only decide to aim to go over the desk staffs head anyway, to arrange an immediate emergency appointment. while outlining there disgust & outrage towards the entire situation.

Had ECG done showed up LVH was told I'd be contacted still waiting wrote a letter to them saying I want to see if I have this LVH still did not get a reply just ignoring me very ignorant and no courtesy I could be going around with this heart problem and they are doing nothing about it just leaving me in limbo regards to thismatter GP's are suppose to have your best interest at heart I also lost the vision in my left eye twice last year for a few minutes iwas told that it might be Tia's and should get to my GP I did and the GP I saw did nothing so I don't know if I have had slight strokes or not so just not good enough on these matters i mean you put your health in GP's hands .👎

Tried to get a call from GP as an appointment was out of the question there never is any. Was told it would be next week with a random Go or November with my choice of GP who is monitoring my newly prescribed antidepressant medication. I explained my anxiety was really bad but no interest was shown at all no wonder mental health is as bad as it is

I have used this surgery twice in the past few years. On both occasions my call was answered within a few minutes and I was able to book an appointment on the same day. Both of my visits to the surgery went as expected, I waited a reasonable time for the Doctor, I saw the Doctor and left with a prescription and the medicine prescribed made me feel better. The only charge to me for this service was a nominal fee for the prescriptions.
