Nice and straightforward to click and collect, although, unlike most shops, will insist on seeing ID as opposed to just giving name/address details/showing email order details so be warned when collecting items
Always well stocked and easy to navigate, staff here are really friendly and helpful
Good size branch, stocking a large selection of good quality products. Very helpful & courteous staff.
Yet again the app (which I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerus times) didn't work, today neither does the card. Assistant (not wearing a mask) authorised one at customer services. A further 4 assistants not wearing masks (5 vulnerable members of staff on one shift?) Including both people working on the deli. 4 members of the public not wearing masks. If the manager at Aldi can tell staff who can't wear masks that they have to sit on tills, where they will be behind screens I would have thought Waitrose could do likewise; otherwise they potentially face most of their staff being seriously ill or spreading infection to customers. Having processed "quick scan," had to wait over 10 minutes for staff to verify age - they couldn't find the fob. I shan't be returning
Easy parking, no queues to get into the store, felt clean and hygienic, well stocked, customer service was good and if you keep your parking ticket receipt it will be refunded at the till. Prices are more expensive than at other grocery stores but quality is always high.
