Male Cashier was very rude to me and accused me of moaning when I questioned how long they'd been a cash only top up for an electric key because I haven't been carrying cash since the pandemic. He told me I could draw out money from the cash point machine which I was happy to do so only to find they was now a charge put on to draw money out which he could easily of warned me about but must of been a recent thing as I'd not been charged previously when I had drawn out money before. I again asked when that was put on "politely" as stated must be a recent thing and he once again accused me of being rude and said I was moaning at him just like his previous customers when I legit wasnt. He then ignored me as he served 2 other customers with a rude look on his face. I work in customer service myself so understand the stress of the job at times but you can't talk to customers like that so after 8 years of using this shop I no longer will be!
