the customer service is a rarity now and wholly deserves a 5*. they had a stock supply issue and they rang me within a couple of hours of placing an online order to inform me of the problem, the likely restock time. As a professional ordering on behalf of disabled clients, I really appreciated this, it's the personal service in a time of online remote interactions that made Win Health Medical stand out. I look forward to my delivery when stock arrives. many thanks

The only item I have purchased from this company is a Ultrasonic Dental Cleaner 11, which also incorporates a UV source. This product used twice daily, using only water, keeps dentures clean and hygienic. I thoroughly recommend this product. Company easy to deal with. Ordering, purchase transaction and service excellent. Will certainly continue to use them.

Recently I have purchased several heat pads as I suffer from Chronic Arthritis throughout my Spine. Heat is very soothing. I also have a hand held Laser which I use for all sorts of conditions brought on by the Arthritis. All have been supplied by Win Health Medical. They are unfailing with their advice and the service is excellent. They do what they say! I wholeheartedly recommend the Company and the range of products available and when I look for any medical device I always check their web site first.

I purchased Beurer HK 50 from this site, the price is even cheaper than Mustapa. Best part is the great customer service from Chris Storey (one of the staff I think). I received the parcel in 2 weeks time (shipping from UK). I was a bit nervous after waited for the 1st week and decided to send an inquiry email. Chris follow up closely with my shipment (sending email every 1-2days) until my parcel arrived. What an impressive customer service! I will definitely buy from here again!
