Having been told by customer services that my whole order would arrive, part of it didn't. I was surprised to be delivered flatpacks. I assumed they would be assembles as nobody advised otberwise. As i live on my own this is going to cause .e some problems!!. I tried phoning customer services but there was a 40 minute wait. I requested a phone back but no-one replied
Love bensons for beds fantastic quality of mattresses and superb staff.
Purchased my bed using their specialist machine which recommended a 4. Our bed was £900 and after a year I'm now waking up after 6 hours in bad back pain that takes my breath away and makes movement poor for the first few hours due to the muscle strain.
Got my bed from here was comfy for a few month definetly not worth the 700
Very helpful. Never bought a bed before. Used a high-tech bed to analyse my pressure points. Found the right bed for me and got a free duvet and mattress care kit!
