Can't fault the customer service from this family company. Top marks to Laura for keeping us updated all the time, very quick response to any queries you may have. I can't honestly remember the last time I received customer service like this, its a breath of fresh air knowing that there are still small companies out there that care. Its pretty unique to have such personal service when placing an online order. In addition to the usual automated order confirmation I received a personal email thanking me for the order , I have also been kept informed of the delivery at all stages by personal email. Continue to be unique , and continue to do what you are doing because its awesome , will definitely be back for future purchases Thank you

I purchased Imperial 2000 Mattress - 5ft Absolutely love it , so thick big and comfy possibly best nights sleep we have ever had !!! I highly recommend it . Speedy delivery and came earlier then expected . Made to order so once you confirm order no refund so you must be sure that it’s the mattress for you . You won’t be disappointed . I will definitely be buying from here again and recommend to all my family & friends . Lovely friendly staff that were really helpful when I had a query , they replied straight away to my email and went out of there way to help me which was really appreciated . Fast efficient friendly service .

What can I say absolutely fantastic!! Got a lovely sofa despite a few hiccups - both Richard and Laura ensured that I got my items swiftly. Brilliant Service from furnessfurniture team. The team were exceptional. The courier company lost my chairs twice. But the tea made sure they used an alternate vendor to ensure that it reached me. They were in touch with me all the time through the process. They had to spend money out of pocket but they ensured client was the priority. Special thank to Laura and Richard for all the patience and help.
