Absolutely Rubbish service, Manager is even worse.. Full of attitude and showing customer door to go out who had kids with them. If there is a way to take star back, I would give minus 5 star to this Pizza Hut. They definitely need more training on how to talk nicely.. Withou attitude. I wish the manager also experience the same service when visit restaurant with her family/ specially kids. I wish some one show her way out at 9:30pm from restaurants when she visit with her children. I WILL NEVER VISIT PIZZAHUT AGAIN.

Food was good. Staff were terrible though, miserable and not interested in providing service or even a smile. Won't be going back.

It took 35 minutes to order food and drinks on our own mobile phone, the lead waitress was not interested in taking our order manually and none of the staff wore face masks. The restaurant was empty so we could have been offered more help in ordering food. The pizzas were amazing but due to the terrible service received I will never go to pizza hut again. Booked a table for 5.30pm yesterday 6 people with two three year olds. On entering the restaurant was told we had to order everything on an app on our phone. Miserable staff member pointed to the cutlery and menus and walked away. We started ordering our meals through the app only to find we couldn’t find garlic bread on the menu. When we asked the waitress she said no they had run out, but they had got some now and just to order something else and they would bring it as garlic bread? We asked if they could just take the order on a bit of paper and help us and she declined any help at all. So we left! Will not visit Pizza Hut again. Awful experience and wasted half an hour and ended up with two hungry kids.
