Quality seagull clean up service !
Staff not being strict enough about the wearing of face coverings ie. letting people in not wearing them and people walking around the restaurant not wearing one
Every time I come in this place, at least one item is missing and I have to ask for it before I go and sit down, where I'm given a look like I've just asked them to clean my poo off the table.
Every time I've either ordered online, been included in someone's online order, or seen somebody else order online, at least one item has been missing, where there's no direct way to get anything adequately done about it.
Sorry guys, your food's really nice and all, but your service standard is so consistently error-prone that I'm done.

Went to KFC for my mums birthday. Bought the 14 piece party bucket for £25, and a tower burger. Got home and there was no popcorn chicken in the party bucket or tower burger. Spoke to the manager 'Dan' and no apology or remorse. He said we were to come pick it up or get it another time as there is nothing they can do. Ballocks.
