If you like your beef ramen cold and rude waiter please visit this place! Beef ramen was served cold when asked the male waiter to take it away to warm up we were told they didn’t have a facility to warm up food. No apologies from his side or even shock on his face to be served cold ramen instead he told us that if we wanted a warm dish then they would have to cook it from scratch. And walked away. IF WE WANTED!? Isn’t it how it suppose to be served? WARM? When we complained to a waitress when asking for a bill she was in shock and apologised for her colleague. She was ashamed to be fair. She has spoken to her manager and the ramen was taken off the bill. Thanks but no thanks. Sort it out wagamamas! Employ people who are passionate about hospitality not just to wing their way though their shift!

This was my first visit to a wagamama. Overall the food was good, and the place seemed to have taken appropriate procedures for COVID. The staff were alright - however could have been a bit more attentive (checking if we wanted to order dessert etc.)

Very nice food and great decor. This local seems quite new. Clean toilets and nice staff. I really enjoy their ramen and chicken curry. Oh and love the starters as well as free green tea! Now just for a take away. Apparently dine-in will be back after 7th of August in this particular local.

First of all, took ages to bring our drinks. And was not busy at all. Maybe 3 more tables. When drinks have arrived, I noticed that mint in my drink is missing. The waitress brought it. Asked for 2 tap waters, got none. After I mentioned that I have ordered some tap water, they brought only one. Ok, whatever. Food was dry, not fresh at all. waitress wasn’t even bothered to come and check up on us. But at least they took one meal price out of the bill. Everything takes AGES. Food not great at all. Sad, cause place is nice and Wagamama’s food is good usually. Tried it many times before and was excellent. This time-big disappointment. I would say get a new staff as they really slow and don’t care about customers much. Don’t want to imagine how long it takes when the restaurant gets busy...:)))
