I wish I had more money to spend there, it was a fairy tale of wonderland. Fresh meat, cheeses and goodies. Stuff for my open fire and multi burner, presents and decorations for Christmas and so much more. Loo was clean which for a disabled loo is not always the case. Very much looking forward to my next visit when I will have to take more money. I didn't even venture in the garden and plant area, I would have spent too much if I had.
Traditional farm shop with a quality butchers. Not all the produce is local, but it's all good. Also a good garden centre with a selection of plants depending on the season. It's a long standing local family business, not a chain, and that is a plus for me.
Bellis' has been a family favourite of ours for years. It has a fantastic selection of plants and garden essentials, not to mention a lovely shop and cafe with beautiful views. We've been shielding for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating when it came to putting aside a Christmas tree for us so we could collect it with zero-contact. Special thanks to David!
Friendly service and a selection of produce covering everything from Wellington boots to porridge oats, Beef Sirloin to watering cans. Suits me!
