Good soft play, love the outdoor area. Usually have a great time. We visited during Tier 3 restrictions and right after Christmas. Would have been nice to know half the indoor animals were closed due to the Santa experience before we arrived but loved feeding the goats. Ordering food at the cafe through the app was a hassle and prices are so expensive we decided not to order.

Nice place to take the kids. Was a good experience. People keeping to the 2m distance rules, lots of open space for the kids to run around and use some energy. Lots of different animals for the kids to look at and touch, all the animals looked in good condition and happy. The goats very very keen to be petted. Food was nice, had to order from a website and go pick it up when you were emailed. It was a good system. The new stuff they have is very well finished and put together. Kids really enjoyed trying all the new stuff and playing about the place. Will be back

A very good day out although the October weather wasn't very friendly! Lots of activities to do and different plays areas with a feed the animals section too. We didn't try the food although it did smell nice. Indoors there is a couple of play areas which the kids loved. Looking forward to going back in the summer.

Had a lovely day with 2 boys (6 & 4) despite the wet weather. They loved the play areas which we had to book in advance. Tractor ride was included in the admission which was a bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly, food was quick and delicious and the online ordering and collection was easy. Had a nice chat with the farmer too who asked how we were enjoying it. One thing to note was no readmission which meant you were unable to leave (even to get something from the car) but we were warned about this on entry.

Have been for the last few years, but this was the first time since lockdown/Covid restrictions and have to applaude the team for their hard work. Between all of the sessions indoor, they took the time to send a team in, wipe down equipment and guiding the customers with markings/stickers. Online ordering system for food and drink is great (and would recommend keeping even afterwards!) Always a great day out, even on the damp, full August summer's day!!
