Said they were fully booked but had almost all tables empty.... We went past several times over the next couple of hours and still hardly any customers yet refused to take customers in unless you had pre booked..... Very odd business practice. I snorted with laughter when he told us they had no seats available for at least 3 hours bonkers!

Just asked a waitress if we need to get up and just got a an absolutely disgusting look from her and then she just walked away, I'd leave but for the fact I'm hungry, short blond lady with pony tail needs leasons in customer service.

We always come here on the last night of our break. It is the most grown-up of the onsite restaurants. It isn't cheap and none of the discounts you can use in Cafe Rouge in the outside world work here. Quality and service ate excellent. The waiter found us a table in a quiet area andcwe loved it. Recommended main: duck confit.

I would suggest you sit inside at night as it's absolutely freezing sitting outside. Obviously not the restaurants fault but centre parks need to address this fault as if no places inside you may as well eat on the street. Unfortunately my food was all cold even when reseated inside and after sending it back 3 times. Spoke to the manager who did not charge me for the meals I sent back but it still did not detract from the fact missed dinner with no were else to go so a ruined evening whilst on holiday. Particularly umpleasant.

No one on front of house to greet, Management seemed to be having a meeting, Bar staff busy making hot drinks with back to Bar, 1 waiting staff too busy to bring bills or clear tables so restaurant was a mess. All service was prompted by calling someone over.
