I previously was getting really severe knee pain which had reached the point where fell walking was no longer enjoyable. Visited Sidas Podiatry and they diagnosed the problems with both my gait and feet. I was given some exercises and bought some custom made insoles and within 48 hours my pain had reduced by 95%. Within 1 week pain free and able to walk 12+ miles in the Langdales. Very good value for money and they are not expensive. I was pleasantly surprised how cheap these personalised insoles were compared to the off the shelf ones I had foolishly tried! Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who gets pain on walking or running.
