Zoe is absolutely amazing! She was recommended to me following many years of foot pain during cycling and even though she is a 6hr round trip away she managed to help me resolve my issues with only a couple of visits, some flexibility exercises and some very well made custom cycling insoles. I’ve just completed a 3hr ride with 1700m of climbing and had zero pain or hotspots afterwards. Genuinely can’t put into words how much of a positive difference Zoe has made to my cycling!! Thoroughly recommended!!
Living in the Lakes I love fell walking, having done 2 rounds of Wainwrights.

In recent years I’ve had numerous surgeries and suffered with a bad back. I decided to go and see Zoe to find out if there’s any underlying issues contributing to these injuries. Playing both Rugby and Cricket at a decent level my health and fitness is of the upmost importance. I have recently changed to wear Hoka trainers and feel they’ve made a difference. Zoe conveyed her knowledge in a way that made it easy to process and understand. I’m looking forward to getting my insoles and I’m sure they’ll have a positive impact! I’d strongly recommend a visit for either health or performance purposes!!
I went to see Zoe to have a look at using custom orthotics to help sports performance - predominately golf.
Zoe is extremely knowledgable and has a passion for (A variety of!) sport, which helps her understand what you’re trying to achieve, and what issues there may be. It was also good to have a discussion about what I would like from the orthotic, and allow Zoe to come up with the right solution for me.
I now use custom orthotics everytime I play golf and have found all previous aches and pains in the lower leg elimated and it was only after using these I realised how sore I was towards the end of a round previously. Now - I finish a round as fresh as the start.
Also, these orthotics allow my feet to be in a stronger, more stable position. Which has helped me see an increase in performance as well.
I recently got in contact with ZW foot and ankle as I was having trouble with my foot when running during the Covid-19 Lockdown. Zoe quickly got back to me and was able to identify the problem through online consultation and photos of where the pain was coming from. She then sent me across an exercise programme which is really easy to follow via an app. The pain has eased / pretty much gone. Great service and highly recommended! Very knowledgable and now understand more about what was going on to cause the pain. Thankyou for everything, especially during these difficult times!
