I really love the gym but during lockdown they took a ‘donation’ to the club without asking permission, a message to everyone’s email and then they took money direct from banks. This is a national issue with anytime not the local club. It is the best gym in town but after that issue directed by head office I won’t be returning
The staff their are extremely friendly, people who come their know to respect others, the equipment is easy to use and the overall environment is motivating.
Always a pleasure, well equipped, friendly staff and clients alike.
Friendly shame free gym. Lots of parking. Great showers that are always clean

Tried to cancel membership online as I won't be needing it anymore. (I now have my own home gym which suits me more)
The website has a cancel feature but the button to click just doesn't do anything. Tried ringing but rang off the hook. So just cancelled my direct debit. That could do with being looked at. And there wasn't any soap in shower for over 2 weeks. But still otherwise happy with my experience there
It wasn't for me. The music was too loud and the membership expensive for what it was, plus the contract really ties you in. For some that won't matter, but I prefer a flexible contract. Others seemed to be enjoying the gym and the equipment was decent, it's just my personal preference.
