Fantastic gym! Really great atmosphere with lots of help and advice from Andy, Sam, Russ and Luke if you need it. Very friendly, a good place to meet new people with fab classes and great coffee! Would highly recommend 👍
Wonderful family ran gym. There’s always someone on hand to offer assistant or advice if you need it! There’s an awesome variety of classes and this has meant I’ve been able to try classes I wouldn’t otherwise have tried including Muay Thai and BJJ. Great to see lots of women too
Great family gym. Kids love attending jiu jitsu and I use the gym and attend classes. Great atmosphere and lovely staff.
Been to a few gyms since moving to Kendal and Phoenix fitness is the best by far amazing people always happy to help classes are amazing luke Sam and Russ are always happy to help you great place
