Great studio space which provides flexible outdoor and zoom classes for social distancing. The teachers are very diverse in teaching and yoga style but all excellent! A vibrant, friendly and excellent yoga, meditation and PT provider!
The £5 a week introductory offer allows you to book as many classes as you wish and is amazing value!
The special courses are also excellent! Highly recommended!

As a complete novice to the dark arts of yoga, I have found that Hannah and her team make the whole experience fun and accessible. The studio is excellent and everyone is really friendly.
