I had an excellent experience with Dr Posner. Saw my baby within an hour after telephone triage. Skillfully assessed my son and prescribed antibiotics. Very efficient and personable nature.

Shocking administration system means you can be waiting 40+ mins on the phone trying to book an appointment only for them to make up some excuse why you cant book an appointment via the phone. Needs a serious restructuring although they never listen to peoples complaints. Avoid the stress and go somewhere else.

After 6 years in Belper, The service received has been first class and equal to other practices used previously. When needed I have received prompt and effective treatment. The internet services are steadily improving. Thank you

Really good surgery, saw me quickly and treated the problem efficiently. I went as a temporary resident and it was a massive relief to be seen and treated so well. Excellent receptionist and doctor.
